The international poverty line is $2.15 euros. In order to raise awareness on this, UNICEF partnered with Sciences Culinary and hosted a cooking workshop where the challenge was to cook a meal for 3 euros. Students successfully cooked a meal consisting of chickpea curry and a side of garlic naan bread. Scroll below to see photos:
